With state of the art machinery including; multi head precision CNC routers, wide belt sanders, multi spindle carving machines, and our one day one process systems, our components division manufactures and handles tens of thousands of separate components on a daily basis. This division however also incorporates the highly skilled carving and marquetry craftsmen and women who bring the unique products to life.
ART, DECOR & LIGHTING
At JC ART, DECOR & LIGHTING, we bring visionary design to life through exceptional artistic craftsmanship. We are your all-in-one partner for creating bespoke art, lighting, and decorative objects that transform high-end hospitality and retail spaces. By managing the entire process from a single source, we eliminate the complexity of working with multiple vendors and ensure a cohesive, beautifully executed vision.
FINISHING
With approximately 1km of finishing line conveyor, multiple finishing processes can be underway at any given time. A fully separate special finishing section is also incorporated; Hand painting, gilding, églomisé, eggshell, lacquer and PU finishing is incorporated to complete the array of products over our 4 brands.
FOUNDRY
Sand casting, lost wax shell casting and flask casting are all used depending on the intricate detailing or quantity or hardware or components required. Our processes allow us to design hardware that is totally unique to each piece of furniture or collection. Solid brass and stainless steel casting is available.
UPHOLSTERY
Our upholstery department is trained in a number of disciplines, from elastic webbing and sinuous springs to eight-way hand tied. Plain or buttons we can upholster in fabric and leather with antique nail trim, plain seam or piping.
STUDIO
Our photography team has the expertise, experience, and stellar equipment to produce popping images, and our designers and marketers put it all together. A photo can spread across the globe and be viewed by millions of people.
