2020 - Ritz-Carlton in Maldives, Fari island, 5-star hotel
The project, located in the North Malé Atoll, features three hotels -
managed by luxury hotel operators The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co, and
Patina Hotels & Resorts - a marina, and a village campus. The properties
have been designed by architects Studio Mk27 (by Marcio Kogan), and
Kerry Hill Architects.
Facilities on Fari Islands will include a beach club, charming boutiques and upscale F&B options, says Pontiac Land. The developer also plans to pursue creative collaborations with renowned names in art, music, culinary arts, photography, fashion and design, and roll out programs to foster a sense of community.
